This position will be managing a BI Engineer 2 associate (with potential for a growing a larger team of additional BI Engineers depending on business needs) in addition to collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. A good fit for this role is someone who is passionate about continuous improvement in processes and proficient in handling large data sets that translate to actionable business information. Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and terminology for hospitals, ancillary provers, and physicians is desired.
