Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
Professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in the SAP HCM Environment
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA) and payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM).
Knowledge in Austrian payroll and time management processes preferable
Good ABAP programming skills are a strong advantage
Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
Team player who enjoys working in a global, multi-cultural team
Effective communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills
Excellent English skills; proficiency in German language is beneficial
