## Description

Desde el equipo de FERCHAU Bilbao, buscamos un Administrador/a Senior de Infraestructura Microsoft responsable de garantizar la operación segura, resiliente y eficiente de los entornos críticos Microsoft, asegurando el cumplimiento con TISAX, ISO ***** y estándares de seguridad .El rol combina experiencia técnica, estrategia de infraestructura y gobierno de cumplimiento.Responsabilidades Principales Diseñar, administrar y optimizar entornos Windows Server, Active Directory y Azure Entra ID bajo principios Zero Trust y least privilege.Gestionar infraestructuras de virtualización ( Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, Azure ).Actuar como referente técnico en procesos de auditoría TISAX y otros marcos de cumplimiento (ISO *****, GDPR).Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica, políticas y evidencias de cumplimiento.Automatizar tareas operativas y de seguridad mediante PowerShell y Python .Implementar controles de seguridad, hardening y estrategias de actualización.Brindar soporte técnico avanzado (N2/N3) en entornos Microsoft.Requisitos Esenciales +5 años de experiencia en administración y arquitectura Microsoft en entornos empresariales.Experiencia en automatización con PowerShell, Python y Git .Conocimientos en seguridad de la información y cumplimiento normativo .Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.Deseable / Valorado Participación en auditorías TISAX o ISO ***** .Certificaciones:Seguridad: ISO ***** Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISAFormación oficial TISAX (ENX Association)#J-*****-Ljbffr
