## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
 * 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Analysis, or Data Governance.
 * Strong Agile experience with backlog management and user story creation.
 * Knowledge of MDM concepts, data quality, governance, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Stibo STEP MDM.
 * Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, MuleSoft, AWS Glue, S3, Axway/SFTP, or Atlan.
 * Experience with Jira, UAT, QA coordination, and release management.

## Description

* Own the MDM product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and data governance teams.
 * Define data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and integration requirements.
 * Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and issue resolution.
 * Partner with technical teams on API, batch, and file-based integrations.
