Must possess good communication skills, enjoy problem solving and collaborate closely across the company., * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent * 8+ years of new hardware products development experience * 3+ years of management experience * Familiar with industry standard CAD design tools, industry trends, and design for manufacturability. * Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a design team * Ability to manage a process driven development mentality while also balancing time to market * Commitment to rigorous testing & validation practices * Strong organizational and planning skills * Desire to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written (white papers) and oral communication skills, * Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent * Experience in robotic development and electromechanical system integration * Experience with the project management of technical projects * Knowledge of SolidWorks Simulation or ANSYS Finite Element Analysis tools * Proficiency documenting designs in accordance with ANSI Y-14.5 * Proven track record of developing products for large volume production * Experience with rapid prototyping methods * Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and ECOs * Experience managing challenging assignments under accelerated timelines ## Description Are you inspired by invention?
