This is an exciting opportunity to help design, build and support modern cloud- geospatial data services that underpin critical decision-making. You'll play a key role in developing scalable geospatial processing pipelines, integrating spatial datasets from multiple sources and delivering high-quality services for analytics, reporting and operational applications. Working alongside Data Engineers, Architects, GIS specialists and Product teams, you'll contribute to the development of robust geospatial engineering capabilities using modern cloud technologies, open-source GIS tooling and industry-standard spatial APIs., * Develop solutions for ingesting, transforming, validating, storing and publishing spatial datasets. * Work with a wide variety of geospatial formats, ensuring data quality, performance and interoperability. * Develop and optimise cloud- geospatial workflows for large-scale datasets. * Consume and publish spatial services using REST and OGC standards. * Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards and best practice. * Optimise geospatial datasets and APIs for performance, scalability and resilience. * Collaborate with Data Engineers, GIS specialists, Architects and Product teams within an Agile delivery environment. * Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and engineering quality practices. * Contribute to technical documentation, peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
