## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive yield and defect improvements across Intel's advanced packaging portfolio. You will lead data-driven investigations using large datasets, inline metrology, and cross-functional teams to reduce yield loss and improve manufacturing and test methods. You'll influence technical roadmaps, set team priorities, and tackle complex yield challenges to enable scalable ramp to high-volume manufacturing. This position offers deep technical specialization in advanced packaging and measurable manufacturing impact.
