## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator with over 8+ years of expertise in managing large scale, mission critical database environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012-2022)

MSSQL Server Administration

 * Administer and support SQL Server databases (2012-2022) across production, QA, and development environments.
 * Design, implement, and maintain HA/DR solutions including:

o Always On Availability Groups

o Distributed Availability Groups

o Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot)

o Log Shipping

o Mirroring

 * Perform advanced performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource allocation.
 * Implement and manage enterprise grade backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
 * Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, T SQL, SQL Agent Jobs, and custom scripts.
 * Monitor database health using tools such as Fog light, SolarWinds, Redgate, and Azure Monitor.
 * Plan and execute SQL Server upgrades, migrations, and patching with minimal downtime.
 * Enforce database security best practices including RBAC, encryption, auditing, and compliance.
