## Description

We are seeking a Consultant - Data Management with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, Snowflake, SQL performance tuning, data quality, and financial data models. This is a pure relational database role and is not suitable for candidates whose recent experience is primarily focused on AWS Glue, Databricks, Hadoop, or PySpark-based data ingestion., * Analyze, optimize, and tune SQL queries in Oracle and Snowflake environments.

 * Perform SQL performance analysis using Explain Plan and other optimization techniques.
 * Troubleshoot complex data and system issues through root cause analysis.
 * Identify and resolve data quality and data profiling issues.
 * Design and review relational database models, including normalization (2NF/3NF), denormalization, and dimensional modeling.
 * Understand and work with Financial Data Models, including Party and Party Relationship structures.
 * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
 * Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and technical designs.
 * Participate in technical design reviews, testing, UAT, and release planning.
 * Manage requirement traceability, scope changes, and change control.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams on enterprise data initiatives.
 * Contribute to SDLC improvements and enterprise data management best practices.
