The selected contractor will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, user support, vendor coordination, and integration of the REDCap application to ensure a secure, reliable, and highly available platform. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, DTMB infrastructure teams, AWS administrators, security teams, and Vanderbilt University REDCap support.
