The candidate's responsibilities will include the following: developing and updating Technical Orders; integrating; serving as a subject matter expert with respect to Weapon System function and classification; contributing to Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) labor estimates; and planning weekly OU-level engineering trainings related to weapon system characteristics and specialty engineering domains. The candidate will work with program leadership and technical teams develop solutions to complex technical problems, identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure that engineering activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and government regulations.
