 * Experience working with large-scale data environments and big data processing.
 * Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and modern cloud data platforms.
 * Experience managing sensitive data and implementing secure AI/ML solutions.
 * Automotive telematics industry experience is required.
 * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills., * Experience with AWS cloud services.
 * Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
 * Familiarity with Amazon Q and other generative AI platforms.
 * Prior experience within the automotive ecosystem.
 * Experience developing AI-powered business intelligence and dashboard solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

This role will focus on building and enhancing AI-driven models that analyze large-scale telematics and operational data, generating actionable insights for business stakeholders through intelligent dashboards and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate is a true data scientist who can go beyond reporting metrics to uncover hidden insights, identify business opportunities, and translate complex analytical findings into meaningful recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences., * Design, develop, and optimize NLP and machine learning models that support intelligent dashboarding and insight generation.

 * Build AI-driven solutions that continuously surface new trends, patterns, and recommendations from incoming data.
 * Analyze large-scale telematics and operational datasets to identify hidden insights and business opportunities.
 * Partner with data engineers, software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
 * Translate analytical outputs into compelling narratives and actionable business recommendations.
 * Develop models that help explain changes in product adoption, customer engagement, feature utilization, and overall business performance.
