Experteer Overview As Manager, Data Engineering, you lead the design and delivery of enterprise data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and data science across Schwab. You will guide cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms, influencing strategic technical decisions and ensuring operational excellence. You mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and drive data-driven outcomes that support client-focused financial services applications. This role emphasizes modernization and impact within Schwab's enterprise data ecosystem.
