## Description

Description We are looking for a Back End Developer to join a manufacturing organization in Kansas City, Kansas. This role focuses on building and maintaining reliable web application functionality while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong programming fundamentals, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to modern application development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

 * Design, build, and support server-side application features that align with business and operational needs.

 * Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated web solutions across multiple projects.

 * Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to improve quality and consistency.

 * Develop and optimize APIs and application logic to support performance, reliability, and scalability goals.

 * Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes to maintain system stability.

 * Contribute to user interface integration by working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks as needed.
