* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
 * 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience using C#/.NET.
 * Experience developing service-based applications, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
 * Proficiency with Angular and/or React, REST, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
 * Experience with relational database development using SQL Server and/or Oracle.
 * Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to deliver solutions with minimal supervision., * Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Cloud Foundry.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
 * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
 * Experience working on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong customer focus, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering business value.
