This role is focused on monitoring enterprise systems, managing alerts, coordinating incident response, and ensuring operational issues reach the right support teams. The ideal candidate comes from a help desk or operations background, is highly detail-oriented, communicates well, and thrives in an environment that requires both vigilance and quick escalation during critical incidents. Additional day to day responsibilities: * Monitor systems and operational dashboards * Review a high volume of system-generated emails * Respond to alerts and incidents * Ensure tickets are assigned and being worked by the correct support teams * Escalate issues when response SLAs are missed * Open tickets when required * Contact support teams during incidents * Assist in coordinating major incident response calls We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
