Three or more years of experience as a people leader is required. In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Supply chain Planning, Procurement and Logistics is required. Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired. Experience in medical device manufacturing or high tech Industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization. Required Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience is required ## Description The Manager, IT Applications is responsible for the management, maintenance and end user support of our critical business applications that support Global Operations. The role involves project management, resource allocation, vendor management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance. The Manager, IT Applications will stay informed about emerging technologies to drive innovation within the IT applications domain.
