This role will serve as the strategic technical leader responsible for architecting Agentforce solutions that leverage autonomous agents, generative AI, workflow automation, and Salesforce's Customer 360 platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business consulting, enterprise architecture, and hands-on Salesforce solution design experience. This individual will work directly with executive stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and implementation teams to transform business requirements into scalable Agentforce-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
