* Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation., * Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)
 * Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
 * Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques
 * Familiarity with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management, and HIPAA
 * Knowledge of Labcorp systems

## Description

* Define and document business requirements in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
 * Plan, develop, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing strategies
 * Perform end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements
 * Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance
 * Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution
 * Validate system functionality using data analysis and testing tools
 * Document test results, summarize findings, and obtain business approval
 * Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
 * Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts
 * Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations
