This role supports inbound, outbound, internal movements, RF transactions, staging, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, warehouse process stabilization, and integration with manufacturing, sales, procurement, and finance processes. The role serves as the key liaison between Warehouse Operations, SAP COE, AMS, and transformation teams to ensure warehouse processes are stable, standardized, and scalable. HVAC industry experience is plus but not mandatory. At least 10 years of experience Communication is a must, not just to speak clearly but to be able to speak to the business side in meetings and articulate their needs. This is a very high demanding team, fast past, must have a leader mentality, speak about the process and what you are doing., * 7+ years SAP EWM experience with hands-on configuration and production support. * Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, inventory, and RF processes. * Experience supporting warehouse operations in manufacturing or distribution environments. * Ability to troubleshoot issues across EWM configuration, queues, master data, RF transactions, and S/4HANA integration. * Strong stakeholder management skills with warehouse leaders, supervisors, users, AMS, and IT teams., * SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM experience. * Experience with production staging, cross-order staging, cycle counting, Zebra scanners, RF framework, or warehouse automation. * Experience supporting multi-plant or multi-warehouse environments. * SAP EWM certification. ## Description This is not a support role; they need to have hands on implementation experience and be able to talk about what their role was in the implementation process. Needs to lead design requirements for out of box solution and provide input on Enhancements. Be able to lead conversations with Stakeholders regarding Solution. Process Scope * Inbound receiving and putaway * Outbound picking, packing, staging, shipping, and delivery integration * Internal warehouse movements and replenishment * Production staging and integration with FTP * RF and mobile warehouse transactions, including Zebra device adoption * Cycle counting, inventory accuracy, bin management, and physical inventory * Integration with S/4HANA inventory management, PTP, QTI, and RTR, Business Process Ownership * Own the EWM process design and serve as internal escalation point for warehouse execution issues. * Partner with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Shipping, and BPO/GPO stakeholders to stabilize and optimize warehouse processes. * Drive standard work and reduce process variation across warehouse teams and plants. * Identify operational issues caused by configuration, master data, training, process discipline, or system design gaps. SAP Solution Ownership * Own SAP EWM configuration and support design for warehouse processes, warehouse structure, queues, RF menus, process types, staging, and related integration points. * Partner with FTP, QTI, PTP, RTR, MDG, technical, and integration teams to validate complete end-to-end process impacts. * Review AMS designs and fixes for long-term supportability and alignment to standard SAP capabilities. * Support future warehouse automation, mobile adoption, and plant rollout activities. Stabilization and Operational Improvement * Lead root cause analysis for inventory accuracy, failed warehouse tasks, stuck queues, staging problems, and receiving/shipping issues. * Support cycle counting stabilization, warehouse redesign impacts, scanner adoption, and process discipline improvements. * Develop operational dashboards with the AMS Coordinator to track backlog, recurring issues, cycle count exceptions, and warehouse transaction health. * Drive measurable improvements in EWM adoption and warehouse execution reliability.
