## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Strong functional expertise in D365 Finance modules, including, Experience supporting production environments and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Strong understanding of finance business processes and ERP best practices.

 * Experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
 * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
 * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Previous experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or distribution environments. Experience supporting global D365 rollouts.
 * Knowledge of Power Platform and reporting solutions
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
 * Experience working in managed services or application support models.

Travel Requirements

 * Ability to travel onsite periodically for workshops, critical business activities, go-live support, and stakeholder engagements as required.

 * Comfortable working directly with business users and finance leadership.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (0365 F&O) Functional Consultant to support a global D365 environment following a recent implementation. The consultant will provide functional expertise across Finance modules, support ongoing production operations, participate in stabilization and enhancement activities, and work closely with client stakeholders to optimize business processes and system utilization, * Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with primary focus on Finance processes.

 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to financial operations and business processes.

Partner with business users to gather requirements, document solutions, and support process improvements

 * Support post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and ongoing application support activities.
 * Configure D365 F&O Finance modules to meet business requirements
 * Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, testing, and deployment activities
 * Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), solution validation, and release activities.
 * Create and maintain functional design documents, process flows, and end-user documentation.
 * Support knowledge transfer and transition of enhancements into production support. Provide guidance and training to business users as required.
