## About the Role

Required Technical Skills:

 * Knowledge and experience working with Cisco and\or Juniper network equipment
 * Familiarity with basic switching and routing such as VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
 * Familiarity with IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
 * Familiarity with LAN / WAN / WIFI/ Structured Cabling and network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controller, load balancer, Infoblox
 * Knowledge in network monitoring tools, automation, packet-level analysis of application and network protocols.

Your Experience Includes:

 * Skills in network protocols and technologies, familiarity with network security principles, and experience with networking equipment are highly valued.
 * Have a background or study in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

## Description

* Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services. (Queries from Labs, End user team members, ticket execution via Freshworks etc)
 * Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram
 * Maintain updated inventory of network devices
 * Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability
 * Installing and configuring network hardware such as Wireless AP, Switches, Phones, Routers across site, Labs, Office and Data Center
