## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
 * 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
 * 2+ years of experience of software development in avionics or real-time embedded systems / firmware design using C/C++, Ada, and/or Java

 * Ability to develop code for usability, readability, and maintainability., * 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
 * 4+ years of experience of software development in avionics or real-time embedded systems / firmware design using C/C++, Ada, and/or Java
 * 1+ years of experience with lifecycle Configuration management (CM) tools experience (GitLab)

 * 1+ years of experience utilizing Agile tools (Jira)

 * Experience in technical leadership with collaboration across multiple teams and locations in a fast-paced environment

 * Experience working in a DevSecOps environment

 * Experience with cryptography and other security protocols

 * Working knowledge in the field of cyber security, secure computing and/or anti-tamper

* Supports the development of documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
 * Support and be accountable to program engineering leads in day-to-day task activities, accomplishments, issues, and concerns.
 * Highly motivated and exhibit strong written and verbal communication, inter-personal, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with external customers and subcontractors in a multi-site and multi-discipline program and environment.
