## About the Role

As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced TypeScript Developer to join our growing team., The TypeScript Developer selected should have the following:

 * Master's or Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, GIS, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience in place of a degree.

 * Strong front-end development skills in TypeScript and a modern framework such as React.

 * Experience building interactive, data-rich web interfaces.

 * Comfort connecting applications to REST/JSON APIs and working with structured data.

 * Comfort with Git and modern web build and deployment tooling.

The Ideal TypeScript Developer will have the following:

 * Project coordination or technical project-management experience (e.g., Agile workflows, roadmap and backlog, cross-team delivery).

 * Experience with web mapping libraries (e.g., MapLibre GL, Leaflet, or deck.gl) and tile formats such as PMTiles or vector tiles.

 * Familiarity with spatial data formats and services (e.g., GeoJSON, map services).

 * A strong eye for usability and clean, accessible interface design.

 * Interest in environmental, water-resources, or scientific data applications.

 * Colorado Front Range presence for periodic in-person collaboration.

## Description

Duties of the TypeScript Developer will include the following:

 * Front-end development: design and build user-facing web applications in TypeScript that highlight, share, and integrate spatial data.

 * Spatial data visualization: build interactive maps and views that make complex geospatial data understandable and usable.
