## About the Role

* Cloud Engineering Experience in deploying infrastructure Service to customers (GCP is Strongly preferred)
 * Knowledge of the UNIX or Linux operating system including Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS
 * Experience with Python Programming, Terraform, and the Software development Lifecycle

Preferred

 * Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose and how to troubleshoot Docker issues
 * Kubernetes experience with knowledge of constructs of pods, services, ingress, CRDs, Operators, Helm Charts, etc.
 * 1+ year of Linux Systems Administration experience in a DevOps environment using Ansible

Skills needed:

 * GCP, OS Image maintenance, Redhat, Linux/Unix OS Systems Admin, CentOS, Python, Git, Kubernetes, Terraform, Golang, JSON, Chef, Ansible, Docker.

## Description

* Building & supporting new capabilities, APIs and features for the cloud platform
 * Linux base image maintenance using Packer, Chef, and Ansible
 * Troubleshooting issues that occur and identifying solutions to resolve with customers
 * Updating documentation and guidance to provide app teams
