## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions to support clients' digitization journeys. You work within Accenture's Oracle practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust payroll configurations. You'll lead workshops, drive design and testing activities, and guide go-live preparations, shaping payroll processes across organizations. This is your chance to apply design thinking and agile methods to deliver scalable, impactful Oracle-based payroll solutions.
