You'll drive automation, security, and scalability while partnering with IT operations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions. You'll lead initiatives to improve user experience and operations, influence tooling and architecture, and explore AI-enabled productivity enhancements. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position that shapes how CapTech runs modern enterprise platforms.
