## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Typically require 10+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
 * PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2) highly preferred.
 * SAFe 6.0 Senior Scrum Master or RTE Certification highly preferred.
 * Delivery in multi-mode methodology is required (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
 * Demonstrated experience managing projects involving enterprise-level software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or system integrations.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
 * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 * Experience in the healthcare or medical-surgical industry is a plus.

## Description

* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple, concurrent IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
 * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
 * Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, resource allocation, and timelines.
 * Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
 * Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
 * Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
 * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and organizational standards and SAFe Agile.
 * Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
 * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
 * Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the organization.
