## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide account administration and end-user support for internal and external users. This role resolves access issues, manages user accounts, and assists with technology-related requests, prioritizing a positive user experience., * Provide first-level technical support for end users

 * Troubleshoot account access, authentication, and identity-related issues
 * Create, update, and maintain user accounts and permissions
 * Deploy, configure, and support desktop and laptop hardware
 * Respond to support requests and document resolutions
 * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery
 * Assist with device inventory management and equipment distribution
 * Deliver professional customer service while supporting a diverse user base
