You lead field teams and trade contractors across multiple projects nationwide, with extensive travel. You'll mentor junior superintendents and coordinate safety, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery. This role supports MasTec's energy and infrastructure portfolio, including data center construction, with a hands-on, field-focused leadership style. You will play a pivotal role in driving safety, productivity, and on-time project completion.
