Translate enterprise and business-unit strategies into integrated, multi-year technology roadmaps and ensure delivery through secure, scalable, and compliant platforms. Accountable for the end-to-end performance of enterprise application portfolios, driving digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Ensure technology investments are prioritized, governed, achieving business outcomes and executed in alignment with enterprise standards, while embedding strong program governance, risk management, and value realization practices across all technology initiatives.
