This individual will oversee delivery planning, governance, risk management, release readiness, executive reporting, and cross functional coordination to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business priorities. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams while communicating clearly with executive leadership., 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs involving AI and Generative AI solutions from concept through production deployment. . Strong technical program management background with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities. . Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, and executive leadership. . Solid understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, SDLC methodologies, and modern engineering delivery practices. . Hands on experience managing delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, and executive status reporting. . Strong governance experience, including architecture reviews, stage gates, release planning, and production readiness. . Excellent resource planning and capacity management skills within large enterprise technology organizations. . Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud native application delivery; experience supporting AI workloads in AWS environments is highly preferred. . Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. . Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project delivery tools. . Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a concise and business focused manner. . Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise technology environments. . Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes. . Exceptional leadership, organization, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
