* Strong .NET Developer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, testing, debugging, and application support.
 * Hands-on experience with React for front-end development, component-based UI design, integration with APIs, and responsive application delivery.
 * 5+ years of experience working with FHIR, Implementation Guides, and healthcare interoperability standards.
 * Strong healthcare domain experience, preferably across payer workflows, CMS mandates, and regulatory interoperability commitments.
 * Self-starter with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate quickly into an existing team and contribute independently.
 * Solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean coding practices, scalable design, and maintainable application development.
 * Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills across business, technical, and delivery teams.
 * Experience or exposure to enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or GenAI platforms to improve coding productivity, documentation, and delivery efficiency., 1.
