 * Experience with Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Citrix, Parallels RAS, SQL, IIS, load balancers, SonicWall firewalls, Cisco ISE, or Veeam Backup
 * Experience with Network Monitoring tools

## Description

* Support, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple locations
 * Resolve on-site network issues involving WAN, LAN, WiFi, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
 * Provide third-tier support for connectivity and infrastructure-related problems
 * Assist with server-related troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, and recovery tasks as needed
 * Document network configurations, changes, procedures, and maintenance activities
