Preferred Qualifications: * Current Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification. * Experience supporting Oracle enterprise environments within a federal civilian agency. * Experience implementing PIV-based authentication, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) integration, or other enterprise identity management solutions. * Experience analyzing security scan results and implementing CIS Benchmarks or other Oracle security hardening best practices. * Experience developing comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivering knowledge transfer to Government personnel. * Experience supporting disaster recovery planning, continuity testing, and enterprise monitoring and reporting for Oracle environments. Effectively manages multiple assignments and responds to evolving operational requirements while maintaining high-quality performance. ## Description The Oracle Developer supports a federal enterprise Oracle environment by providing Oracle database development, database administration, middleware support, data warehouse services, and cloud modernization. The position develops Oracle applications, automates ETL processes, supports Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Server, performs database monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, and assists with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration activities.
