## About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support smart meter infrastructure, operational technology environments, and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong data analytics capabilities combined with experience troubleshooting hardware, infrastructure, and connected technology environments.
While utility, AMI, or smart meter experience is preferred, candidates with strong analytical, operational, and technical troubleshooting backgrounds are encouraged to apply., Strong data analytics and reporting experience.
Ability to query, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Experience building reports, dashboards, or KPI metrics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting technical, operational, or infrastructure-focused environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hardware and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting connected devices or operational technology environments.
Utility industry experience.
AMI or smart meter experience.
Itron platform experience.
Network support or field technology support experience.

## Description

Analyze operational and system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Run queries and build reports supporting operational performance and business decisions.
Develop KPI reporting and performance metrics.
Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Support smart meter infrastructure and associated operational technology environments.
Monitor ticket trends, operational metrics, and lifecycle activities.
Support troubleshooting of hardware, devices, infrastructure, and network-connected systems.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
Document findings, recommendations, and operational improvements
