## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
 * Hands-on experience supporting waterfall to agile transformation initiatives
 * Strong track record of cross-functional program delivery
 * Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Background or exposure to data engineering, data analytics, or data platforms
 * Experience working in global/offshore delivery models

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

 * Prior experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise implementations
 * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
 * Familiarity with enterprise data initiatives (MDM preferred) is a plus

## Description

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters based in India to support a large-scale MDM Cloud Implementation project for Salesforce. These individuals will play a critical role in driving the transition from waterfall to agile delivery models, ensuring efficient execution across cross-functional teams.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a global delivery environment, with required overlap with U.S. Eastern time zones (up to 10:00 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
 * Drive transformation efforts from waterfall to agile methodologies
 * Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless delivery
 * Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams remain on track
 * Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
 * Track delivery progress and maintain visibility into sprint outcomes and timelines
 * Act as a liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders
