## Description

Experteer Overview In this hybrid role you will maintain and support the enterprise network and end-user computing environment. You will work across the stack, from configuring Cisco switches to imaging endpoints and troubleshooting Windows 10/11, while delivering professional end-user support. The position blends infrastructure tasks with day-to-day operational support and requires independence with escalation for complex issues. You will contribute to secure, compliant IT operations within a national security context and have the opportunity to impact network reliability and user experience.
