* 5+ years experience in solutions architect experience.
 * 5+ years experience in MVC, C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net, Oracle and/or SQL
 * 5+ years experience designing and implementing applications
 * 5+ years experience in technical leadership position to provide consultation and advice on major implementations that consider various technical options.
 * 5+ years developing and implementing technical standards
 * 5+ years experience with utilizing Azure Dev Ops pipeline building for automated code deployments
 * 5+ years experience with architecture design to include hybrid on-prem/Azure Cloud environments, familiarity with NIST security standards
 * Familiarity with SIEM/Splunk desired
 * Experience with Entity Framework, jQuery, Ajax
 * Ability to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions with both onsite and remote teams.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
 * Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts.
 * Hands-on knowledge of identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
 * Experience migrating and supporting services from basic authentication to SAML2.0 and OIDC authentication
