## About the Role

* 9+ years of professional software development experience
 * Expert-level Java development experience
 * Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
 * Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale distributed applications
 * Extensive experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Full-stack development experience with Angular and/or React
 * Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
 * CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
 * Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications
 * Knowledge of application scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization
 * Previous experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead

## Description

We're hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative for one of the world's most recognized Fortune 100 consumer brands. You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team building modern, cloud-native applications that power mission-critical business operations used across a global enterprise.
This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines while helping transform legacy enterprise systems into scalable, high-performance applications.
Atlanta-based candidates are preferred. Candidates outside the area will be considered if they are willing to travel to Atlanta weekly for onsite collaboration. What You'll Do

 * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
 * Build scalable REST APIs and microservices
 * Develop cloud-native applications following modern software engineering best practices
 * Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams
 * Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality, maintainable code
 * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
 * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
 * Help modernize legacy enterprise applications into microservices-based architectures, * Work on enterprise applications supporting a globally recognized consumer products organization with operations in more than 200 countries.
 * Contribute to large-scale modernization initiatives using today's most in-demand technologies.
 * Collaborate with experienced architects and engineering leaders on high-visibility projects.
