KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED: · Pega System Administration, Pega Cloud, or related Pega certification and experience. · Experience in a FedRAMP-authorized, federal, financial, health, or other regulated cloud environment; VA experience is beneficial but not required. · Familiarity with PIV/ICAM, Zero Trust, NIST controls, continuous monitoring, capacity planning, COOP, or configuration-management databases. · Working knowledge of observability, OpenTelemetry, infrastructure monitoring, ServiceNow integration, or automated deployment tooling. · ITIL, cloud, security, or systems-administration certification is preferred, but not required. EDUCATION: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience.
