Experience supporting Apple software and hardware products preferred. Licenses or Certifications: Valid South Carolina Driver's License. A+ Certification and/or Network + Certification preferred. Special Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge in supporting Windows and Apple products. * Skills in verbal and written communication. * Skills in customer service and a conveying a pleasant and professional demeanor. * Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical personnel. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and to remain calm under pressure. * Ability to lead as an IT representative in team projects to include working with external providers, and applying project management skills. * Ability to work evenings/weekends on an occasional basis as needed. * Ability to organize and obtain assistance from others. Physical Demands & Work Environment The work is medium work which requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Work requires balancing by maintaining body equilibrium; feeling, grasping, repetitive motion, and handling with hands and fingers; hearing and perceiving information at normal spoken word levels; lifting and reaching with arms; mental acuity to make rational decisions; kneeling, walking, and standing for periods of time; speaking and talking by expressing and exchanging ideas; and visual acuity. Duties are performed primarily in an office setting with a considerable amount of field inspections required.
