Key Requirements and Technology Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required. * 12+ years in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred). * Proven delivery experience on large-scale CMS re-platform or migration programs involving multiple SI and vendor partners. * Experience working in a global enterprise context with multi-country, multi-language web deployments. * Track record of managing complex integration landscapes (CRM, DAM, identity, analytics, CDN) in a CMS context. * Comfort operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder delivery environments with active governance structures. * Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud, Content Hub, or equivalent) strongly preferred. ## Description * Mostly design work as a digital architect, but will move to more hands-on work ## Related Videos - [Microservices?
