Nice to Have Skills and Experience: * Experience driving Agile methodology, process, and tool adoption across a cross-functional organization. * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Agile Coach to help cross-functional teams improve the flow of value from idea generation through delivery. This role will coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Professional Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
