* 8+ years of software development and integration experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM DataPower.
 * Strong experience building and managing REST/SOAP APIs, API lifecycle management, and API governance.
 * Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, LDAP, SSL/TLS, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, GatewayScript, and IBM MQ.
 * Experience integrating enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
 * Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and supporting enterprise API platforms.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
 * Working knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes and AWS cloud environments.
 * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills., * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
 * Experience with Kafka, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I), Event Streaming, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
 * Experience mentoring developers and leading technical design discussions.
