* 3+ years experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing
 * 4+ years experience with Python
 * Experience with ML NLP & AI libraries.
 * Experience with AWS services.
 * Experience with SQL.
 * Experience with NER and Search technology such BM25, BM42 is a plus
 * Experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI , LLM training is a plus.
 * BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree (MS in ML is preferred).
 * Ability to work in an agile collaborative environment.
 * Excellent communication skills are required.
