Experience leading projects and/or teams. Skills: + Proficiency or foundational understanding in the Go programming language including its concurrency model, standard library, and efficient ecosystem. + Solid experience with Docker and containerization technologies for deploying and scaling distributed services. + Strong knowledge of database systems (relational and/or NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. + Proven ability in RESTful API design and implementation for secure, high-throughput service communication. + Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, in a collaborative team environment. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to autonomously tackle complex challenges in distributed environments. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
