## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands on ERP experience.
 * Strong Microsoft SQL skills for reporting, analytics, and data extraction
 * 1+ year of experience supporting manufacturing operations and business processes

Knowledge of:

 * Inventory Management
 * Purchasing
 * Production Scheduling
 * MRP
 * BOMs and Routings
 * Quality Processes
 * Experience with configurations, workflows, reporting, user support, and ERP enhancements
 * Strong problem-solving and business partnership skills -Able to train new users on the system
 * Infor Syteline ERP experience highly preferred

## Description

* Administer, configure, and support the ERP system across multiple business functions
 * Manage workflows, approvals, security, document management, and system configurations
 * Identify process gaps and recommend solutions through configuration, reporting, or customization
 * Build and maintain reports, queries, dashboards, and analytics
 * Support integrations with business-critical systems and third-party applications
 * Perform screen modifications, workflow enhancements, and light scripting when necessary
 * Train users and provide ongoing support across departments
 * Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and maximize ERP adoption
 * Work alongside implementation partners and internal teams on a major ERP transformation initiative
