Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in SaaS or regulated environments (finance, tax, compliance, or similar). * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM). * Familiarity with Azure-native monitoring and security tooling. * Experience supporting Agile or product-focused engineering teams. DevOps & Delivery Enablement * Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. * Promote and implement best practices for Infrastructure as Code, automation, and environment consistency. * Partner with development teams to improve developer experience, release reliability, and deployment speed. * Help establish visibility into build, release, and operational metrics. MSP Coordination (NOC & SOC) * Act as a key technical point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP). * Coordinate with the MSP on monitoring, alerting, and incident response activities. * Support clarity in escalation paths and ensure effective communication during incidents. * Review operational outputs and contribute to continuous improvement of processes. Collaboration & Operational Excellence * Partner with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to align platform capabilities with business needs. * Contribute to incident reviews, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements. * Document platform configurations, standards, and operational runbooks. * Support ongoing improvements in platform governance and operational maturity.
