Experience * Experience working with relational database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent * Experience supporting solutions hosted on Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux environments and connecting to remote environments. * Experience working with source control systems, configuration management software, or Docker/Kubernetes is desired. * Experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Argos, Cognos, or other enterprise reporting tools to support business and operational reporting is preferred. * Experience with system implementation and upgrades. Skills and Knowledge * Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a culturally and educationally diverse community. * Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, systematic thinking, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. * Proficient in at least one programming language, applied to integrating, customizing, and extending existing applications. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Knowledge of application integration and APIs. * Familiarity with developing custom applications, database solutions, and system integrations using Microsoft SQL Server is desired. ## Description The Systems Analyst supports the health, security, and reliability of the College's server applications and maintains a hybrid application portfolio spanning self-hosted and SaaS-delivered systems.
